Semantic Data Specialist

Overview

The Data team manages and processes the data coming from the surfaces of Jopla products. He interacts with the Engineering & Product team he belongs to, and the other Jopla teams such as Sales & Marketing and People & Business Excellence.

We are looking for a Semantic Data Specialist to create a recommendation system for our innovative management and simplification platform for employment relationships. transforming raw data into models and metrics that enable insights and recommendations.

The project will eventually make it possible to found the Jopla Artificial Intelligence team, in order to support our goal of making the connections between those looking for professionalism and those who offer this professionalism ever easier and more inclusive.

What you’ll achieve

You will deepen and experiment with modern Machine Learning and Deep Learning technologies in order to analyse, design and implement a system of recommendations for a modern platform for the management and simplification of work relationships. Particularly:

You will be part of a multifunctional team and with them you will analyzse the existing platform; you will study the possible applications of modern Artificial Intelligence technologies
You will design an ML / DL-based recommendation system that can enhance the platform’s current matching capabilities
You will design the software architecture and cloud infrastructure based preferably on AWS Services to support the system
You will develop the solution, including model training and testing phases

About you

You embrace Jopla’s values
You have 4+ years of study in engineering, mathematics, statistics, a related quantitative field or equivalent experience
You have experience in the use of software programming languages for Machine Learning and Deep Learning (TensorFlow and / or similar)
Get to know modern Artificial Intelligence technologies with particular attention to the ethical and inclusive aspect
You are a proactive and effective person in working as a team both in person and remotely
You are excited to participate fully in ambitious economic, social and environmental projects

When, how much and where

When: starting from January 2023 for 6 months.
How much: 700 EUR / month.
Where: in Santarcangelo di Romagna and Cesena, hand in hand with the Jopla team and the ecosystem of start-ups and SMEs with which it collaborates
