Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to data processing personal data (in short “ GDPR “)

Jopla, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, as Data Controller of personal data collected directly from the interested party, provides you with this information pursuant to article 13, GDPR (in short, “Information”) .
In any case, the logical and physical security of the data and, in general, the confidentiality of the personal data processed will be guaranteed, putting in place all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee their security.

1. Recipients of the “Corporate Welfare” program

The recipients of the Program are companies wishing to develop corporate welfare plans, to make goods and services available to employees aimed at reconciling the private and working spheres, reducing the tax wedge for both the company and the employee , increase the purchasing power of employees and affect positive factors such as the company climate and company productivity.

2. Object of the program

Companies will be able to purchase profile activation packages through the Jopla platform for their employees.

The package will include one or more activation vouchers for the Jolpa For You profile dedicated to individuals (company collaborators in this case), who allow access to all the services offered by Jolpa, for example:

  • targeted searches of professionals;
  • contacts with other individuals to exchange experiences and opinions;
  • personalized profile containing dedicated benefits and promos;
  • combinations that minimize the carbon emissions of business travel and allow for compensation;
  • help with administration (calendar, messages, payments, contract definition, insurance);

The cost of the package is € 99 + VAT per person for 12 months.

Payment is in advance and made by the Company.

3. Terms, procedures and conditions of activation

Subscriptions can be purchased by the Company through a Jopla For You company profile.

For each subscription purchased, Jolpa will issue a single voucher to be combined with each employee who is the recipient of the welfare policy.

The voucher containing the link for activating the profile will be issued directly by Jopla to the Client Company which in turn will deliver it to its employee for activation.

The activation of the profile will be completed directly by the employee in compliance with the conditions of use of the Jopla Services.

The Client Company will receive confirmation by e-mail that the employee’s profile has been activated and will have a periodic report of the vouchers used.

4. Validity and duration

The profile purchased by the Company will have a duration of 12 months starting from the activation carried out by the employee.

The subscription is not subject to automatic renewal. A notice of expiration will be sent by Jopla and a request for possible continuation upon signing of a new voucher by the Company.
