GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. “Invite a friend” program for Jopla FOR YOU customers

Invite a friend prize operation

Valid from 15/01/2022 to 14/01/2023

The recipients of the campaign are the holders of a Jopla FOR YOU customer profile who have signed up for an annual subscription with Jopla.

1.1. Procedure

The holders of Jopla FOR YOU Client profiles (hereinafter Client / Promoter / s) will be able to invite one or more friends (hereinafter Referred Friend) by communicating them a specific Personal Code and inviting them to sign up for an annual subscription to Jopla.

Promoter Customers will be able to use the reserved web customer area within the special section dedicated to the “Invite whoever you want” campaign where they can fill in the fields with the information needed to invite a friend.

The Promoting Customer will receive an email confirmation of the activation of the supply from the Referred Friend.

The offer is valid for friends who have never subscribed to Jopla.

The number of friends you can invite is unlimited.

For the Jopla FOR YOU Promoter Customer, the number of vouchers to be received is limited to a maximum of n. 50.

1.2 Awards for Promoter and Presented Users Jopla FOR YOU

For each friend who makes an annual subscription to Jopla FOR YOU thanks to the invitation, the following prizes will automatically accrue:

  • for the Promoting Client JOPLA FOR YOU: voucher for a 10 euro shopping voucher (VAT included) at the supermarkets affiliated with Edenred for this prize
  • Award for the Presented Friend: 10 euro discount on the annual subscription to Jopla FOR YOU (VAT included)
1.3 Terms, methods and conditions of delivery and use of prizes

The prizes will be paid out in the following ways:

  • the Promoter Client JOPLA FOR YOU will be issued a voucher in a single solution upon signing the annual subscription by the Referred Friend.
  • to the Referred Friend, will be paid in the form of a discount upon signing the annual subscription.

The discounts on the annual subscription to Jopla cannot be combined with each other and are valid for 14 days.

The disbursement of prizes is subject to the actual activation of the new customer’s subscription. Therefore, no prizes will be awarded to either the Promoting Client or the Referred Friend in the event of withdrawal by the latter prior to this activation.

In the event of termination of the service of the Promoter Customer before the award is paid, the latter will no longer be entitled to the award.

In the event that the Promoting Client and / or the Referred Friend are in default or contractually defaulting, the prize will not be paid until their position is regularized.

The Promoter customer will receive via e-mail confirmation of the activation of the subscription by the Referred Friend, together with the instructions to be able to redeem the shopping voucher through the network of supermarkets affiliated with Edenred for this prize.

Vouchers can be used by the date indicated on the voucher.

The number of prizes that can be received by the Promoter customer is limited to a maximum of 50 vouchers per contractual year equal to a maximum amount of 500.00 euros per contractual year in Edenred shopping vouchers.

The crediting of vouchers on different services is specifically excluded.

Vouchers are nominative and cannot be transferred.

2. “Invite a friend” program for Jopla PRO Professionals

The recipients of the campaign are the holders of a Jopla PRO professional profile.

2.1. Procedure

The holders of Professional Jopla PRO profiles (hereinafter Professional / Promoter / s) will be able to invite one or more friends (hereinafter Referred Friend) by communicating them a specific WebLink and inviting them to create their own profile on Jopla.

Professional Promoters will be able to use the special section dedicated to the “Invite a friend” campaign in the App, where they can invite a friend through selected social platforms or via e-mail.

The Promoter Professional will receive a notification on the Jopla PRO App of the activation of the supply by the Referred Friend and a notification of their first service paid through Jopla.

The number of friends you can invite is unlimited.

For the JOPLA PRO Promotional Professional, the advantages will be achieved upon fulfillment of the conditions set out in the Loyalty Program on the website page www.jopla.it/programma-fedelta.

2.2. Awards for the Jopla PRO Promoter User

For each friend who activates a Jopla PRO profile thanks to the invitation, the Promoter Professional and the Referred Friend will automatically accrue the following prizes:

  • for the Professional Promoter JOPLA PRO: improvement of the loyalty level and related benefits, greater visibility in customer results, discounts up to 100 EUR on the Jopla FOR YOU subscription up to the possibility of joining the team of Jopla Srl SB.   • Prize for the Referred Friend: link to be able to register with the Jopla PRO community and offer their professionalism to customers who they need them.

3. Validity and duration

The Invite a friend Program is annual.

The Program may be renewed from year to year automatically by Jopla.

Jopla may terminate the Program at any time.

In this case, the interruption of the Program will be notified in advance.

Prizes already paid will remain valid.

4. Controls

Jopla reserves the right to examine participation in the “Invite a friend” program in order to identify any fraudulent activities, or in any case contrary to this regulation, and to take measures to interrupt and sanction them. These measures may include the cancellation or revocation of vouchers and the cancellation of related accrued credits.

5. Contacts and communications

For all information relating to the “Invite a friend” program, to find out the state, your account statement and / or the number of accumulated prizes, the User can do so in the “Payments / Vouchers” section of Jopla FOR YOU or on the Jopla PRO “Review” page.

2. Purpose of the processing of personal data

Personal data will be processed without consent for the following purposes:

  • identify the participants
  • carry out the activities provided for in this Regulation
  • communicate to the interested parties the outcome of the Program and disburse the related prizes

The legal bases of this processing are the satisfaction of a request from the interested party and the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures – condition of lawfulness article 6, letter b) GDPR – and the legitimate interest aimed at monitoring the “Invite a friend”- condition of lawfulness article 6, letter f) GDPR.

3. Categories of recipients of personal data

For the purposes referred to in the previous paragraph, the personal data provided may be communicated or made accessible:

  • to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorized data processing officers (or so-called “persons in charge of processing”);
  • to third parties who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Data Processors, including:
    • third party cookie managers, service providers for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks and to the company in charge of managing e-commerce, service providers for the management of the archiving of paper and / or computerized documentation, service providers for the management of commercial communication activities;
    • banks and credit and insurance institutions for carrying out economic (payments / collections) and insurance activities;
    • to judicial or supervisory authorities, administrations, bodies and public bodies (national and foreign )

4. Storage and transfer of personal data abroad

The management and storage of personal data takes place in the cloud and on servers located within the European Union owned and / or available to the Data Controller and / or third-party companies in charge, duly appointed as Data Processors.

Personal data will not be disseminated.

5 . Retention period of personal data

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes listed above.

6. Exercisable rights

In compliance with the provisions of Chapter III, Section I, GDPR, the rights indicated therein and in particular:

Right of access – Right of rectification – Right to cancellation – Right of limitation – Right to portability – Right to object – Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Authority for the protection of personal data, Piazza Venezia n. 11, Rome, www.garanteprivacy.it).
